My Story

A primary reason I evolved into mother-daughter coaching and therapy was the relationship with my very own mother.  For years, it was hard to connect with her on a meaningful level, and it affected the way I related to the world and myself as a woman and person.  Over time, we found healing by getting a better understanding of the harmful generational patterns in our mother-daughter histories, which helped us identify the root cause of our conflict and by changing the way we communicate. 

I now have a teenage daughter, who inspires me everyday.  With that greater understanding of the generational patterns passed down in my mother daughter history, I've intentionally shifted the paradigm so that my daughter can grow into an empowered woman and person.

I love that my mom and I are creating a legacy in our future family line of women and that is nothing short of priceless!
